Senita is currently a Junior QA engineer at Atlantbh. Her QA story began a year ago, when the call for the first cycle of QAmp was announced. At that time, she was a student at the Faculty of Traffic and Communications, and in her free time, she worked as a nail artist. Although her initial interest was in Software Development, her college colleagues turned her attention to the QA engineer position. By researching more about it, she realized that it could be a good choice for her. Soon after, she learned about QAmp.

QAmp allowed me to figure out what I want to do in life

QAmp is a high-quality education for QA engineers, created by Atlantbh experts with many years of experience in this field. The education is free, and the lectures are held in the afternoon, so it is suitable for those who already have a job in another branch. The goal of QAmp is that after three months, the participants will become competitive in the labor market without any prior knowledge.

“QAmp allowed me to understand what I want to do in life. The biggest contribution to my decision was the lecturers, who are great professionals. It’s incredible how much knowledge they imparted to us in a short period of three months. The instructors always reflected on practical experiences and situations from their everyday lives through the lectures. Those two lectures a week meant more to me than weeks spent at the university. The tasks we did independently were not easy, but I liked them the most because they represented the challenges we faced daily.” says Senita.

How seven QAmpers got a job at Atlantbh

After completing the QAmp, Senita, along with six other QAmpers, acquired enough knowledge and skills to be successfully employed at Atlantbh.

“My message to everyone who wants to apply for QAmp is that it will not be easy, but it is essential not to give up. I am an example that if you want to achieve something, you must persist in it. Lack of time should not be an excuse, because everything can be achieved with will and desire. I am currently employed at Atlantbh, but in addition to that, I am also studying and still doing my hobby – nail art,” she says to all future QAmpers.
