Atlantbh is a software development company. We build customized software solutions that make businesses more efficient and people’s lives easier. Data protection
We keep your personal information confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. Unless compelled by law, we also do not provide your personal information to any third party individual, company, or even government agency. Our Privacy Policy is in line with the Personal Data Protection Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina (DPL) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if applicable in line with Article 3.

1) Intent to collaborate
Your personal info such as name, e-mail address, and telephone number as well as other info you submit to us through our “let’s collaborate” or “Contact Us” forms on our website, may be stored and used only for business development purposes or similar.
2) Intent to become an employee
When you submit your personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number; optionally address and photo; and optionally resume and cover letter that may contain your personal data) through Atlantbh’s Workable job ads (by clicking on any employment call to action link on our website, you will be redirected to Atlantbh’s Workable profile), they’re going to be used solely for the job you are currently applying for. You may also opt to receive information on new job openings we think are a good fit for you, in which case we will continue to use your personal data. In that case, we would contact you via e-mail and/or phone.
In case you’re applying for a position through our “We Are Always Hiring” job ad, Atlantbh will use your personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, and role of interest; optionally address and photo; and optionally resume and cover letter that may contain your personal data) to assess your application for the job roles you identified as being interested in. You may also opt to receive information on new job openings we think are a good fit for you, in which case we will continue to use your personal data. In that case, we would contact you via e-mail and/or phone.

For processing personal data for Atlantbh’s recruitment purposes, we use a third-party applicant tracking system designed to handle your personal info with the highest integrity developed by Workable Software Limited, registered in England and Wales with Company Registration Number 08125469. 3) General inquiry via email
When you contact us for new business, employment, sponsorship, media inquiries, or anything else via email, we will first determine the nature of the inquiry. In case it contains personal information, we will process this data information in the manner prescribed in this Policy for a particular type of personal data, or as prescribed by law.
4) Newsletter subscriptions
When you provide your email address through the “Stay in the Atlantbh Loop” form to receive our newsletter, your email address will be used only for that specific purpose. You will receive updates from us until you make a withdrawal by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
For sending company-wide news and updates, we use MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania. They will treat your data carefully and according to the law. For more information, read their Privacy Policy.
5) Analytics
We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns throughout our website in a way that does not identify anyone. Read more about their policies here.
6) Remarketing and behavioral targeting
We use services that allow us to inform, optimize, and serve to advertise based on past use of our site. It is performed by tracking usage data and by using cookies, which are then transferred to the partners that manage the remarketing and behavioral targeting activity. We use Facebook custom audience, Twitter custom audience, and LinkedIn custom audience. Prior to use, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn hashes this information. Hashing is a type of cryptographic security method which turns the information into randomized code. The process cannot be reversed.

8) Inquiry over social media
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored for the period necessary to solve your request. We will first determine the nature of the inquiry, and in case it contains personal information, we will process this information in the manner prescribed by this Policy for a particular type of personal data, or as prescribed by law.

9) ABH Internship
In case you’re applying for the ABH Internship through the “Apply now” link on our website (which directs to our jobs page on workable – if we are currently not looking for interns, no internship opening will be posted as they are only available from cycle to cycle), we collect information such as your first name, last name, e-mail, phone, education, and CV to assess your suitability for participation in the ABH Internship. If you opt-in, we will retain the data after the ABH Internship is finished in case of future job opportunities. If you no longer wish to have your personal information stored after completing our ABH Internship or to be contacted about job opportunities click the unsubscribe link (provided at the bottom of the email) or send us an e-mail at [email protected].
10) Giveaways
After conducting a giveaway, we will use your personal information such as name, last name, and delivery address, solely for the transaction. Your information will not be kept/saved.
Storing your data
To deliver the services described by this policy, Atlantbh uses products provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS). All products provided by AWS are compliant with ISO security standard 27018, delivering the highest level of information security. Any transfer of personal data to third parties listed in this policy happens over a secure connection.
No personal data is transferred to third parties or to third countries other than what’s listed in this policy.
Information retention
We do not keep your data longer than necessary; all periods are specified in each category above.
Information security
To protect data privacy, we implement physical, technical, and administrative measures such as:
- regular updating and testing our security technology;
- implementing technology of highest security standards;
- ensuring that our partners are GDPR compliant;
- providing access to personal data only to authorized employees;
